Our Chef, Trevor Hamilton, c.c.c. has over 35 years of professional experience and has the highest Culinary degree you can receive in Canada. He has trained staff around the world in countries such as: Korea, Hawaii, Japan, China, American Samoa, and Australia.

He has been featured in and written articles for many TV shows, newspapers and magazines. Trevor has cooked for the Prime Ministers of Canada and Guam, not to mention a handful of well-known musicians.
